Payment

Please make your payment directly into our bank account, using online transfer, ATM transfer or direct cash bank-in at the ATM or bank counter. Our account details are shown on your order confirmation email. We will hold your cigars for 48 hours to give you time to make payment and notify us. If we do not receive notification of payment after 48 hours, your order will be cancelled.

Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will be shipped once the funds have cleared in our account.

We do not currently accept credit cards or PayPal due to the high commission fees charged.

Due to the time and effort taken to process orders and ship them, our minimum order value is RM100, exclusive of shipping.
