Real Hermanos is the house brand of local importer Trinidad Cigar Company, and the Real Hermanos Burgundy Toro is a rebranded, Malaysia-exclusive packaging of the highly acclaimed Azan Burgundy Line from the Roberto Duran Cigar Company. It comprises an Ecuador Corojo wrapper over a Nicaraguan Jalapa binder and Nicaraguan Jalapa and Estelí fillers. The Real Hermanos Burgundy Toro produces naturally sweet, creamy smoke which starts out rich and smooth with flavors of cocoa, cedar, toast and a hint of oak. It soon develops into an earthy mix of sweet cream, cocoa, roasted nuts, caramel and natural tobacco, with dashes of cinnamon and citrus, leading to a creamy white pepper finish. If you are looking for an affordable long-filler handmade cigar that delivers a decent amount of flavour and complexity, you can’t go wrong with this.
